If you did not receive your six-digit code via SMS, that you need to log in to your anet360 account, please check that the phone number you provided is correct.
If it is, make sure you have a cellular signal. If you still are not receiving the messages, check with your service provider to confirm that messages are not getting blocked or if the message is not marked as spam.
