How is my learner data protected? Is it safe?

Data protection

At anet360, we believe your security and learners' security are the most important. We take it seriously and want to reassure you that data is as safe as possible with us.

That’s why we implemented the following protocols:

1. An email address and password are required for login.
2. We use Two-Factor-Authentication (TFA) - learn more about this here -, and the system sends a one-time PIN to the registered mobile number that can be used for login authentication. This secure PIN will expire 10 minutes after the initial request.
3. The system will send ‘Password Approaching Expiry for anet360 Service’ automated emails to warn users to change their password.

As a company, we also developed a ‘Zero Trust’ policy which is our concept centred on the belief that organizations should not automatically trust anything inside or outside its perimeters and instead must verify anything and everything trying to connect to its systems before granting access.
