Yes, and no. 

Yes, because once you’ve downloaded the Virtual Reality experiences to the smartphones, the experiences can be played offline. 

No, because to approve the user's details (digitized identity verification - click here to learn more) in the anet360 system, you’ll need access to the internet. After you approve the user's details, the smartphone doesn’t have to be connected to the internet.

The data from the app will appear in the anet360 once it's connected to the internet.
