The post-workshop survey and evaluation form is embedded in the smartphone application and learners can complete the survey after they completed the quiz. 

Learners can reflect on their overall experience with the trainer, training content, location, device, and system in our smartphone app. These answers will help Learning and Development professionals understand what worked and what needs improvement.

In total there are 15 questions with 2 being free-word answers.
